Overview:
Deloitte is hiring an experienced Rev Rec Implementer consultant at its offices in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai.

Roles and responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be able to:
Develop complex design components in the cloud with deep expertise in the cloud stack
Work on revenue recognition systems with one or more COTS out-of-the-box revenue recognition modules (Aptitude, Revpro, SAP RAR, etc.)
Understand ASC 606 solutions that conform to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Participate in architecture and design discussions.
Work with leadership and brainstorm to understand product and customer needs and provide inputs for solution design.
Work with internal stakeholders and customers to jointly develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to market in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver solutions using the SAFE Agile Delivery Model.
Understand best architectural practices and methods.
Review customers’ technical needs and recommend specific product/service solutions to meet those needs.
Support existing customers by understanding and solving their problems.
Eligibility:
Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA
Previous experience: 4-6 years.
Experience implementing ASC 606 solutions in any of the COTS out-of-the-box revenue recognition modules (Aptitude, Revpro, SAP RAR, etc.)
Technical-functional background with knowledge in finance and revenue accounting & reconciliation
Technological/functional background with the ability to analyze large accounting datasets and then translate them into business requirements.
Sound knowledge of GAAP for revenue recognition from customer contracts.
Experience in SDLC consisting of design, development, build, QA, UAT and support.
Industry experience in microservices development.
Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles such as performance optimization, security, container-based deployment, and API-based application integration.
Experience leading web services and cloud-based application development.
experiences with Project management and DevOps tools(e.g. Confluence, Jira, Concourse, Artifactory, etc.), GIT version control, code management, and release management.
Additional preferred skills.
Certifications preferred for implementation on the Zuora platform.
Zuora Revenue Analyst.
Industry commitment in the telecommunications division.
