November 2022 – Kistler launches its newly redesigned website, which provides easy access to the most suitable product solutions for a wide range of applications. For the first time, customers from Germany can order measurement technology products online in the new web store, with international customers to follow.

Kistler offers measurement technology for a wide range of user groups and applications, from single sensors to complete measurement solutions. Potential applications include manufacturing quality assurance, truck weight control, and aerospace testing. Kistler’s focus on user-friendliness on the new site makes it easy to find the right product in this extensive portfolio. Users from different industries and sectors can quickly find product categories relevant to them through the “Industry and Application” tab. Pictures and videos make complex measurement solutions easy to understand and the right tools for any application easy to see.

By using the filter function, the various products can be narrowed down to the most relevant options. 3D models, data sheets and operating instructions make product selection even easier.


The pilot phase of the web store has begun


In Germany, the large product selection is now available for the first time via the redesigned website. During the pilot phase, German customers can order custom sensors and corresponding accessories directly by logging into the “myKistler” user area. Products that require additional advice such as customized items can be added to the virtual shopping cart. The verification function then sends the request to Kistler’s specialists, who will be in touch immediately.

“It’s important for us to offer easy access to our products to customers around the world, from different industries and with different knowledge of measurement technology,” said David Stucki, Head of E -Business, which is responsible for the launch of the new website. “That’s why we adapted the site to local needs in some areas. Users, for example, will find references from their own country,” says Christoph Keller, company program and project manager.

While online shopping is only possible in Germany, product selection via shopping basket is available worldwide. The sale is closed with the help of Kistler employees. From time to time, Kistler is designed to make other web marketing functions available worldwide.
