Features of Windows 11 Update 2022
One of Tentpole’s features is File Explorer tabs, which allow you to manage multiple windows in one, similar to Microsoft Edge and other web browsers.
There are also big accessibility improvements, as Live Captions can be used throughout the operating system, not just in specific apps. There are also more natural voices for text-to-speech and commenting functions, finally replacing the monotonous voices of previous versions of Windows.
However, there are also improvements to this and future updates that Microsoft is announcing (opens in new tab) that future download sizes have been and will be reduced by 450MB, benefiting those with smaller hard drives and others using an internet connection with a cellular data plan.
Alongside this, the company has confirmed that major updates like this will be coming out to users every year, so you’ll most likely see a fall 2023 update, for example, with other essential features.
