ARCI Recruitment 2022: Applications for the various positions in ARCI were invited. It is an autonomous R&D center of the Department of Science and Technology (DST) of the Government of India with a mission to develop highly competitive and commercially viable technologies for Indian and global markets and a mode of deputation-based/ direct recruitment and mode of exam-based Based on selection and personal interview, which can be varied depending on the position.

Qualification for ARCI Recruitment 2022
1. Scientist “G”
Master’s degree in Physical Sciences or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/
Technology or equivalent from a recognized university
2. Scientist “B” (R&D)
MSc in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science OR BE/B.Tech. in Metallurgy/Materials/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
3. Engineering Officer “A”
MSc in Physics/Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Materials Science OR BE/B.Tech. in Metallurgy/Materials/Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
4. Technical Assistant “A”
BSc in Physical Sciences (Physics/Chemistry as one of the subjects) OR three (3) years full-time Diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical Engineering from an accredited University/Board of Technical Education of the central or state government
5. Technician “A”
(i) Matriculation/10. passage;
(ii) 2 years full-time ITI in electrical/plumbing trades from a recognized central or state government Board of Technical Education and
(iii) 3 years technical experience in industrial/R&D labs.
6. Driver “A”
(i) Matriculation/10. Passage/SSC.
(ii) Possess a valid driver’s license to drive light and heavy vehicles.
(iii) Knowledge of engine mechanisms and the candidate should be able to troubleshoot/fix minor defects on vehicles.
(iv) Experience driving a light vehicle for at least 3 years and a heavy vehicle for at least 6 years.
note – Final selection will be made solely on the basis of candidates’ marks in the written exam, subject to passing the trade/skill test.
